We call or email to talk through your sites, crews and what you need, and show you MineBase.
Pick a plan and a pilot site. The pilot runs free for 3 months; after that it moves to the plan you chose (see pricing).
You receive your company code, a Speak up admin login (email and temporary password) and a My work admin login (employee ID and one-time PIN). Your sites are set up for you.
Follow the setup guide: departments, managers, supervisors, crews, workers, cost codes and plant. Most sites finish in an afternoon.
Workers install the app and sign in at a pre-start or toolbox talk. Posters go up for Speak up.
When the pilot is ending, your admin opens My work → Billing on the website and presses Get my invoice. Pay online by card or direct debit, or by bank transfer, within 30 days. Add your purchase order number there and it's printed on the invoice.
